We have an enthusiast and passionate FM with 6 Years experience in Operations Management working for both client-side organisations & outsourced FM providers.
We are currently representing an up & coming Facilities Manager with experience managing technical & soft maintenance services. Currently he is responsible for two busy Google like buildings for a tech company client-side, this candidate is looking to progress to the next stage in his career.
IOSH qualified, fire safety & heap of risk and maintenance assessment experience, he has become familiar with hard services including management of maintenance rooms, chairing meetings with maintenance contractors and liaising with client on improving the building energy performance.
Operational FM with extensive experience in a managing agent position, budgetary control and team management including receptionist, 5 engineers and KPI management. Previously working for global FM providers ISS, his training begun working in account management for the London City contract, and since then he has excelled into a competent and engaged facilities professional
