Assistant Operations Manager - FM and Property Management
Candidate ProfileRecently completed a masters degree in Facilities Management, their career began working for asset management giants, Atkins. As a facilities coordinator this was a great exposure and built the foundations of understanding clients needs both operationally and financially.
This candidate has recently spent 5 years working for one of the worlds leading facilities providers as assistant facilities manager covering 4 sites in the south of London. Responsible for a team of 15 delivering both hard and soft services in a demanding environment. After an outstanding first 10 years in Facilities, they have won awards in customer service for delivering outstanding services and being able to contribute to a huge financial savings on negotiating better deals with suppliers and better quality materials.
Currently responsible for more financial budget management, this candidate is keen to get in to a more demanding managerial position, they recently took a internal move to a business that offers more financial exposure, working closely with PFI schemes and their accounts teams.
