Candidate Profile

Over 10 years experience supporting key accounts with sector knowledge in commercial, government and healthcare contracts. 

Working in a business support function he has a unique perspective on the key accounts that he works on being an integral piece to operations, finance and CAFM systems. Working for CBRE, with excellent standards in training, they lead contract support on one of the UK’s largest contracts, responsible for the site reports, inspections and managing two others.

With a strong CAFM system background, he has become a super user in explorer, Concept Evo and more, being a go to expert for any additional advice for works listed through the CAFM system as well as performing regular site inspections, audits to meet KPI performance and exceed standards where necessary. Having spent 3 years with Norland's he played a key role in the quality, health, safety and environment team.

This candidate is familiar with the private finance initiative structures spending time managing PFI contracts in a technical administrative role and is also familiar with site mobilisations and the difficulties faced in the public sector. With the businesses this candidate is coming from having high standards and excellent internal training, I think they would be an asset to any employer and make an excellent addition to the Ops team.
