This candidate has experience managing singular and a portfolio of high-end residential properties whilst working for global property developers, Knight Frank. Joining as an Estate Manager, they quickly proved that they were extremely capable of delivering on large scale, multi-use portfolios where they successfully managed mobilisations covering all services including hard & soft FM management, making sure buildings and the estate were compliant and developing the on-site team/contractors to exceed previous standards.

This candidate is a trained mechanical engineer, who began their career at a leading asset management giants, where they progressed into a Facilities Manager responsible for 3 large separate buildings, becoming NEBOSH qualified in construction & general management, handling the procurement processes, reviewing costings and maintenance proposals, all of which have provided her with an incredible breadth of skills.
