About
Responsible for over 700 units across 37 clients (RMC's, RTM & freeholders) with developments of 200 units, calculating and monitoring annual service charge budgets in accordance with leases, this PM is experienced with handling a fast-paced environment, maintaining excellent customer service, and growing estates team managing the annual budgets in excess of £900K.

Studied with institute of residential property managers (IRPM), they are familiar with issuing section 20 notices and consultations, procuring suppliers for energy, insurance and maintenance services within the ARMA guidelines, following up with property inspections and auditing suppliers.

Prior to joining residential management market, they spent several years working for a first class airline as a cabin crew member, as well as being trained in fire safety, security and hygiene.
