An Estate Manager currently looking after a large residential development compromising of townhouses, large block apartments, commercial units and communal areas, experienced with leasehold property management and construction phase handovers.

Beginning his career as a concierge, he has risen through the ranks taking on bigger tasks and prior to joining leading property developer, he was a development manager looking after 24/7 concierge services, facilities management and estates services, managing all H&S and fire risk whilst managing a directly employed team.

This candidate is an articulate Estate Manager with a well travelled background having spent time working overseas, and being able to speak multiple languages has helped him identify with wealthy foreign tenants/landlords. Now that his developments have completed their construction phases and handovers, he is practiced in maintaining compliance standards, managing the hand over process and all maintenance services to buildings, external grounds and plant rooms with budget management.
