A highly qualified Facilities Manager who has managed a variety of hard services to a multitude of residential, commercial and public sector buildings such as Museums and NHS Hospitals. A qualified Engineer with up to date 17th Edition Electrical, Mechanical Engineering and relevant PPM qualifications plus additional Health & Safety courses including C&G L8 Legionella and best practices within contractor management.

They are professional members of the Institute of Engineering (MIET), British Institute of Facilities Management (MBIFM), they have proven themselves over the past 20 years to be highly skilled contract/facilities manager capable of managing complex maintenance services and specialist engineering contractors. We believe this candidate is a highly educated and experienced M&E manager, someone we are proud to be representing.

What Next?
This candidate is now working on an FTC and is looking to for a new assignment either fixed term, temp or on a permanent contract in the coming months.
