Senior Property Manager
Candidate Profile
With over 10 years experience in Property Management including residential, commercial, retail and mixed use portfolios across London. He has managed high-end properties, new builds and grade listed buildings, creating, managing and handling all service charge related queries with a service charge budget in excess of £2.5 million across a multi-site portfolio.
He has extensive experience in the managing of day to day operations before handing over to Building Manager’s and Facilities Manager's, creating and completing policies and procedures, tenant agreements including vacant properties as well as liaising with stakeholders such as local authorities and investors. This candidate has worked with CAD drawings and architects as well as surveying teams agreeing pre-contract terms and making adjustments before mobilising new building management operations.
His experience extends to handling refurbishment & refit projects, procurement of contractors and overseeing property construction works from light projects (£30K) to large projects (£26M), maintaining a tight focus on health & safety including fire risk assessments and issuing section 20 notices. This candidate sees the future of his career in pursing a property qualification such as IRPM and RICS amongst others within an organisation where he can work closely with senior managers and be a part of a growing business.
