Property Facilities Manager with over 15 years experience in managing a portfolio of commercial and residential buildings in London and surrounding areas.

This candidate is a NEBOSH & IOSH qualified FM managing the day to day portfolio of leasehold and freehold property portfolio's for national and SME estates management and chartered surveying companies. Assisting landlords and surveyors with property related issues, they have become familiar with managing technical services such as engineering and electrical wirings, project managing refurbishments of flats and private residents as well as preparing service charge budgets.

On call 24 hours they are the face of the company to both clients and tenants, they are experienced with managing difficult situations working with local contractors to support with any emergencies and all health & safety risk including fire risk assessments.
