As the operations manager for a leading front of house and security service provider, they are responsible for 25 locations around London delivering 5* services, assisting building managers the contract delivery and managing and developing over 50 receptionists. After a successful delivery they negotiated an increase in services taking the value of the contract from £500K to £1.2million.
Previously they were the reception manager for one of London's most icon buildings which is the home to many of London biggest insurance and financial companies. They would play a key role in the implementing companies procedures and creating a 5 star service ensuring they uphold their businesses values as almost 10,000 people could pass through the doors in a day.
Operations Manager for a leisure chain responsible for the facilities services across 12 Gyms and 4 spa's managing engineers, contractors and the FOH teams. Full P&l responsibility, managing the revenue lines from services to products and all HR issues related to their branches.
