An Experience customer service executive within hotels, blue chip and facilities management services where they were the first point contact for internal and external stakeholders.

They spent over 4 years in customer services for the Sainsbury's owned Hard services contractor Arcus Engineering where they were responsible for help desk queries for stores as a store support executive. They would regularly engage with engineers, store managers dealing with maintenance issues and occasionally the more urgent health and safety risk. Joining a hotel group, they were responsible for the a 4* hotel's entertainment and events services where they would host and manage corporate and private events for conferences, wedding's or parties.

This candidate has experience within real estate and property managing health & safety of a buildings and developing a great understanding of process and procedures when leasing a tenant office space or even high end residential sales.
