They have quickly become a key member of the team on-site with recommendations from residences, extravagant gifts, internal promotions plus respect from their colleagues.

Previously working in the travel and tourism section for a London tour operator, they have valued knowledge of London and the hotspots. Loaded with restaurants, shows and day trips to recommend to residences, this has set them apart in the concierge service by always being able to give 100% to clients.
