Job Description
Testudo is working in partnership with a property developer to hire a maintenance technician to maintain two high profile buildings in Stratford.
The Role
You will responsible for general maintenance including minor electrical repairs, assisting with plant maintenance, painting and decorating, general handyman and working with the project manager.
The Candidate
Hands-on experience with planned reactive maintenance systems, experience with Building Management Systems (BMS) and general knowledge of facilities.
Salary
£27,000 - £28,000 Plus an annual bonus, paid annual leave, on-site training and opportunity to develop into a Facilities Manager.
Working Hours
Monday to Friday, 9AM - 6PM (Occasional Saturdays)
