Night Manager | 4 Nights | Luxury Residence

Job Description

Testudo is excited to be working in partnership with a UK based managing agent to recruit a Night Manager to oversee a luxury residential development in Central London.

About The Role

You will be working with an award-winning team looking after a luxury residential development, managing on-site facilities services, client & resident customer services while also managing a team of cleaners, security, and concierge. You will be well presented, adaptable, and focussed on building relationships with all stakeholders, particularly with the residents.

What We Are Looking For

Ideally, a Duty Manager with robust health & safety knowledge, excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, adaptable, and professional, additionally a residential management qualification such as an IOSH/NEBOSH or IRPM would be advantageous.

Salary

Up to £32,000 plus package with extensive training to develop into a general manager or property manager.

Working Hours

9PM to 9AM on a 4 Nights in & 4 Nights off Shift Pattern
