Day Security Officer | 4 Days | Luxury Residence

Job Description

Testudo is working with a luxury residential developer to recruit an SIA licensed Officer to oversee the safety of high-end estate development.

About The Role

You will be responsible for monitoring the activity related to the site throughout the day, patrolling and inspecting any areas that need close attention paid to them. You will be experienced in understanding the variety of threats to these buildings including graffiti, theft and fire safety. You will patrol the estate on 1 hour internal and external rotation, carefully reporting to senior management issues that maintenance and cleaning suppliers need to complete and fix.

What We Are Looking For

We need someone who understands the presentational side of security management, understands how to work in a team including the wide estate management team and with a keen eye for detail to make sure the presentation of the development is maintained at an exceptional standard.

*Must have luxury security officer experience in either hotel or retail.*

Working Hours

4 Days on and 4 Days rest, 9AM to 9PM.

Pay

£10.50 Per hour permanent contract directly with the building (salaried), professional development training, bonus, good pension and overtime paid at a higher rate (£14.64 Per Hour). Following appointment, you may sign a permanent contract after 4 weeks.
