Housekeeper/Cleaning Attendant

Job Description

Testudo is working with a facility provider to hire a housekeeper & cleaner to assist in the hands-on cleaning and maintenance of a luxury residential estate in Charing Cross, London.

About The Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic, motivated and flexible individual to be responsible for the upkeep and maintenance of the internal building, focusing on maintaining the highest levels of cleanliness and appearance of the reception and communal spaces.

Duties will include:

Responsible for systematically cleaning communal areas, decor, and furniture.

Operating industrial cleaning equipment & using chemicals

Maintaining communal areas for residents

Handling cleaning equipment

Providing excellent customer service at all times.

The ideal candidate will be motivated and resilient, be able to show initiative and work under minimal supervision. They will also have a friendly nature and be able to interact with residents in a professional and helpful manner.

Working Hours

Tuesday to Saturday, 7AM to 3PM (40 Hours Per Week)

Salary

£18,000 (£8.65 per Hour) plus bonus, paid overtime, paid leave & bank holidays, training and a private pension
