180 Stratford Tower is a 300+ unit that offers high-end modern living in a busy part of Westfield, Stratford. Offering a community-based development that includes a small park for residents to relax as well as leisure suites, 24/7 concierge service, full on-site maintenance team.
The challenge with 180 is that the building is attractive to many different people with a small portion under government guidelines has been given to social, affordable housing and with private tenants paying full London prices and buzzing student rental market, they have cultivated a respectful community that reflects the local neighbourhood.


Our Success
180 Stratford has a dynamic responsibility of managing the building with a full in-house team of maintenance engineers that supports all 300+ units as well as the external grounds. They need a variety of skills on-site including customer service managers, head Concierge, full night and day concierge team, electrical and mechanical trained engineers as well as key workers such as cleaners, caretakers, and a busy postal system.
Understanding the cultural aspects of their clients, we need people that instead of offering the 5* standard but a more modern and relationship building attitude. We find that the concierge team here have developed personable relationships and a sense of trust between the residents, instead of a distant customer service style.
