Working for a support service provider, they play vital role in the office managing a small team of 3 people that focus on the management of the office, financial reporting and breaking down business information that supports senior management on a day to day and strategically.
I think this is an excellent candidate to pursue working for a larger service provider, which will offer them the management path or even consider a contract support role.
