Rarely do we get a candidate with such in-depth experience in delivering CAFM projects to some of the biggest names in the UK, being the project lead for mobilising and rolling out many FM systems including Maximo, Concept and Planon.

Working with clients like Virgin, TATA and Heathrow Airport, you can find them not only working in public sector projects covering councils, social housing and NHS but also the majority of their experience has been in working in the private sector with clients to give them the most modern and most advanced CAFM systems that can be install with maximum security and support functionality.

As a business analyst working for FM giants ISS, this candidate began their career by breaking down the numbers into organised data reporting sheets via Excel with critical information for Bid managers on contracts up for tender. Reports would include information on mainly on price and services specific to the contract, supplying real time cost of labour and they would liaise with clients on site visits, reporting to COO's or Managing Directors for final review before submission deadlines were met.
