A Lead Account Manager specialising as a subject matter expert (SME) for market leaders Johnson Controls before their acquisition by CBRE, having delivered on high profile corporate accounts such as BP, Exxon and BBC.

Previously a general services manager for cleaning specialist Pall Mall, they went on the have a flourishing career leading account in high corporate offices some covering 800,000 square feet of blue chip marble. Managing the service delivery to a huge public sector contract leading a team of 500 employees, more than some managing directors, managing the recruitment, HR procedures and health & safety of their designated contracts.

A true all rounder, with budgetary experience of £2 million they would be deployed on to potential bids to assist with their expertise in more challenging circumstances and they could often give the potential clients an opportunity to save money through implementing LEAN methods.
