Over 3 Clients have requested an interview with this candidate in the last week, He has built his knowledge liaising directly with clients, discussing hard and soft FM requirements and as has managed PQQ, RFP documentation on his own with contract value  of over £500K, having contract wins under their belt where he was a key player in the commercial team. 

His main responsibility has been to liaise with clients, building relationships and presenting their company services to the decision makers. Where they have added massive value to the bids is identifying opportunities to maximise their profitability and to protect each contract from potential risks including financial penalties and health & safety problems.
