A leading property management provider is seeking a moves and changes specialist to lead the development of efficient workspace for global client that employers more than 5000 people in the UK. 

The role is predominately based in London and you will be the go to lead for workspace development across their nationwide offices which includes the midland offices and northern offices. This is a great opportunity to join a top 20 UK employer that is known for the successful development of their people, the high standards that they provide to their clients and global growth they have achieved over recent years. You will be responsible for directing a team of 4 remotely, whilst also being able to engage with the clients human resources teams to adequately create space for a demanding environment that is rapidly growing, but this is will be most challenging as they currently do not have an occupancy counter and currently rely on creativity, spreadsheets and close communication.

The successful applicant will have excellent organisational skills and capable of creating and managing complex reports using Excel. Being able to communicate with a variety of stakeholders including the clients human resources teams to ensure you keep accurate information on the new employees joining and being creative with the limited space that is available. Experience leading a team will be advantageous, training and support will provided by the senior facilities manager, whilst you will need to hit the ground running.

To summarise, you will be:
  • Experienced managing workspace and property
  • Excellent communication and IT (mainly Excel) skills
  • Facilities Management or Property Management experience
