Job Description

A leading service provider is recruiting a multi-skilled technician with an electrical bias based in London.

Your responsibilities will be to ensure all M&E biased activity reactive and planned in their designated buildings is carried out as per instruction. It is also a requirement that any other building services related task within the individual’s competencies, as requested by line management, are effectively completed. As part of a team of M&E Technicians, you will ensure the contract deliverables are met, deputize for the Team Leader as required and be responsible for complying with all health, safety and environmental requirements; which are either legislative, statutory, company or client. As well as ensuring all deliverable SLA/KPI targets are met or exceeded.

The successful candidate will be experienced within a hands on role and be appropriately qualified as detailed below. You will be capable of working working flexible hours to support the public sector client taking full responsibility and ownership of all tasks assigned to you. You will be a strong communicator, capable of working within a team and be capable of operating individually as well.

To summarize the ideal candidate will have:

  • City and Guilds NVQ Level 3 – Electrical Installations 
  • L8 Legionella awareness
  • Demonstrable M&E operations (building services) engineering experience within an occupied client environment
  • Computer literacy (essential)
  • Flexible and dynamic attitude with a strong customer awareness and demonstrable experience gained within a similar environment with a minimum of 3 5 years in a similar role.

Salary up to £30,000 plus additional benefits
