Assistant Asset Manager (Facilities Management)

Testudo is excited to be working in partnership with a UK based management organization to recruit an Assistant Asset Manager to oversee key developments in London.

About The Role

Responsible for supporting the management team and reporting on KPI performance of the two major facilities management service providers, ensuring projects are completed and all services are within compliance standards. You will be representing the organization at client meetings, visiting sites with management and working alongside the projects team, prioritizing the most important issues being faced by the on-site teams. Reporting to senior management,  you will be learning about capital expenditure within project management and contract management, you will be supplying a wide range of administrative duties.

Ideal Candidate

We are looking for someone experienced in a managed services company including building management, service providers with an understanding of compliance. Excellent communication skills both verbal and written, adaptable and flexible working style to fit in with the autonomous nature of the organization and professional health & safety training would be highly advantageous. You will need to be able to comfortably use Excel to supply reports to the management team.


Up to £26,000 base salary plus flexible working, bonus, paid leave, extensive training within project management, facilities management and IT up to a degree-level qualification, and life insurance.

The working hours are between 9AM - 5PM, Monday to Friday. Work flexibility is provided if necessary but some traveling may be required in the new year.
