Operations Manager - PPP / PFI
Testudo is working in partnership with an infrastructure management organization to recruit an Operations Manager based in London.
About the Role
You will be working across the London portfolio of public healthcare environments focussing on the long-term operations estates. Many of the buildings are put on specific lease-hold agreements with the Community Health Partnerships and the NHS trust, with whom you will develop working relationships and better quality of service from suppliers to maximize each building's potential.
Reporting directly to the General Manager, you will be responsible for managing the operations team split across three key areas, familiarizing yourself with the key locations across the capital. This will require someone with experience in facilities management as they will be in direct contact with managing the service providers' and capable of identifying new ways of increasing the service to the NHS client.
We will need a strong people focussed manager as you will be the direct line manager of 3 Operations Manager, all of which are within their 2 - 4 years of managing their own portfolio of investments.
What We Are Looking for
A good understanding of private-public partnerships particularly with healthcare environments would be highly desirable. Key to this position is team leadership and extensive experience providing both hard services and soft services to public buildings or large premises.
In short, we would be looking for people with experience in:
- LIFT / PPP / PFI NHS & Public Healthcare Property Experience
- Experience creating Facilities Management Services and Contractor Management
- Qualified to degree standard within a relevant field such as RICS, BIFM/IWFM, and Property Management
- Experienced people manager with a background of mentoring and development.
Monday to Friday, 9AM to 5PM
Up to £63,000 plus 20% Performance Bonus, Life Assurance (4X Salary), 25 Days leave plus Bank Holidays and further benefits
