Testudo are excited to be working in partnership with a UK based managing agent to recruit a Front Reception Manager to oversee a residential block development in Central London.

About The Role

You will be working with an award winning team responsible for a luxury residential development managing all on-site facilities services, client & resident customer services whilst also managing a team of cleaners, security and concierge/reception staff. You will be well presented, adaptable and focussed on building relationships with all stakeholders, particularly with the residents.

This residential development operates a 5* standard service with the relevant facilities available similar to those found in a top London hotel.

What We Are Looking For

Ideally an experienced Head Concierge or Building Manager with Health & Safety knowledge. Immaculate presentation, excellent communication skills both verbal and written, adaptable and personable nature, additionally a health & safety or residential management qualification such as an IOSH/NEBOSH or IRPM would be advantageous.

Salary

Up to £35,000 plus package with extensive training to develop into a general manager or property manager.

Working Hours

Monday to Friday, 9AM to 5PM
