Job Description

Testudo are excited to be working in partnership with a UK based managing agent to recruit an Facilities Compliance Administrator to assist in the FM operations in London.

About The Role

Responsible for supporting the contracts and KPI performance of two major facilities management service providers, ensuring projects are completed and all services are reported and admin completed. You will be representing & supporting the team at client meetings, visiting sites and working with clients, alongside the projects team. You will supply reports for head office & the board, and developing yourself into an Operations Manager as you learn & understand the business and its properties.

Ideal Candidate

Ideally an understanding of facilities management with a focus on admin services. Excellent communication skills both verbal and written, adaptable and flexible working style to fit in with the autonomous nature of the organisation and essential team player capable of working alone.


Up to £27,000 plus flexible working, bonus, paid leave, training and permanent contract may be offered after 6 months. Joining on a temporary contract and working hours 9AM - 5PM, Monday to Friday.
