Lead Facilities Manager
Testudo are working in partnership to recruit a Facilities Manager with a hard & soft services background to manage the technical service delivery to a West London property.
About The Role
This is a great opportunity to join as a Facilities Manager for a leading employer in FM and property, managing some of the most recognised buildings in London. This is an immediate start role, where you will be on-site managing the hard service contractors (M&E, Plants and Specialist Engineering) health & safety (RAMS, Legionella and Work Permits) and managing a soft services team, being based onsite 5 days a week.
What We Are Looking For
You will be responsible for managing a plant room, 5 blocks with residential & commercial space, all PPM and prioritising the most urgent site issues. As this is a busy site, with the client based onsite as well, you will be expected to manage client expectations, delivering the best possible service where possible but the main focus will be on the delivery the technical services.
The ideal candidate will be:
- Experienced in managing FM services with client liaison experience
- Ideally technical FM training
- Strong H&S focus and experience in contractor management
- Proactive problem solver
This is an immediate start for the right candidate paying £60,000 PA
