Testudo are working in partnership to recruit with a leading managing agent to recruit a Building Manager to manage 100 unit building.
About The Role
You will be responsible for three key areas of the building, most importantly is the safety and security of the guests managing a 24/7 security and concierge team and being able to provide leadership on-site. Secondly you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and be comfortable liaising with the client, guests & tenants. Finally, you must be able to understand the maintenance challenges and work with third party contractor providing regular maintenance services and capable of following the company procedures.
The Ideal Candidate
We ideally need someone with experience in high-end customer service role where they would have had to handle complaints, think on their feet and be responsible for their site. Health & safety trained, with a leading from the front attitude and happy to join in where necessary to keep morale high within the team. Any maintenance or contractor management would be highly advantageous including risk assessment, planned maintenance cycles and fire safety.
Salary is up to £38,000 plus bonus, paid leave, training, company benefits
Working Hours - Monday to Friday (9AM to 5PM with occasional meetings outside of working hours)
