Senior Facilities Manager
Built West of London, a large multi-purpose site is looking for an experienced Facilities Manager to oversee the development.
About The Role
Based near Fulham, this prime property is a test for any experienced facilities manager but offers a unique opportunity to manage one of the London's most exciting projects. Responsible for the on-site management team, you will be the point of contact for all third parties, contractors, tenants and landlords, in particular working closely with the developer to create the best possible service. As it is a new development, you can expect high quality facilities including 5* communal areas and leisure space.
Due to the nature of clients living on the location, you must be comfortable with working around high net worth and recognised names and faces as well as managing the sometimes demanding seasons. Working closely with the PM, you will manage be aware of the service charge budget, assist in leasehold and contract management and report directly to the Director of Estates.
What We Are Looking For
We are looking for someone familiar with managing large estates with 5* services but will consider anyone from residential, hotel or hospital backgrounds. Ideally a technically qualified candidate but familiar with BMS, Engineering works and managing projects. Familiar with lease contracts, service charge budgets and residential tenants, in addition to this a firm understanding of hard & soft services including horticultural and water treatment.
