Operations Manager - 12M FTC
Testudo are excited to be working in partnership with a UK based managing agent to recruit an Operations Manager to oversee 5 developments in London.
About The Role
Responsible for managing the contracts and KPI performance of two major facilities management service providers, ensuring projects are completed and all services are within standard. You will be representing the organisation at client meetings, visiting sites and working with clients, alongside the projects team and prioritising the most important issues being faced by the clients on site. Reporting to senior management, to develop into General Management position learning capital expenditure, project management and team management.
What We Are Looking For
Ideally a facilities management background with a focus on M&E and hard services. Excellent communication skills both verbal and written, adaptable and flexible working style to fit in with the autonomous nature of the organisation and professional health & safety training would be highly advantageous.
Up to £35,000 plus flexible working, bonus, paid leave, training and permanent contract may be offered after 6 months. Contract minimum is 12 months fixed and working hours 9AM - 5PM, Monday to Friday.
