Testudo are working in partnership with an award property developer to hire a Facilities Manager to oversee the hard & soft services to a portfolio of new buildings.

About The Role
Based in Chelsea, you will be looking after a modern complex of buildings overseeing all hard & soft services including M&E, cleaning, security and specialist contractors to make sure that services are up to standard 100% of the time. This will mean inspection, knowing the safest methods of working, procuring contractors and completing risk assessments and permits to work for each third party. You will liaise with the tenants of the buildings and the stakeholders of the development, being the on-site technical lead of any engineering issues and both reactive & planned maintenance works.

What We Are Looking For
The ideal candidate will be experienced with both hard & soft services, sub contractor and client management, as this involves a 24/7 you will need to be experienced with planned maintenance procedures and emergency protocol. As a newly built property, understanding the new state of the art equipment, the challenges in procuring suitable contractors and working with neighbouring buildings on legal & insurance issues would be advantageous.

They are offering a basic salary of £45,000 plus a bonus, paid leave and additional benefits.
