Facilities Coordinator


Job Description

Testudo are working with a leading facilities management service provider to hire a Facilities Coordinator based in Central London.

About The Role

You will be responsible for managing multiple contractors across several sites in London, creating reports for senior management and operational teams to use when monitoring the performance of each contract. You will work with the suppliers to improve relationships and services making sure of a each are compliant with health & safety and in line with the SLA's & KPI's.

What We are Looking For

Ideally you will have couple years experience within facilities management, looking to pursue a career within the industry and capable of developing on the job. You will need to be familiar with CAFM systems ideally Concept Evo, take pride on the standard of services delivered and have a strong customer focus.

To summarise, you will need to have:

Facilities Experience

CAFM knowledge ideally Concept Evo

Strong customer focus

Supplier/contractor management


This is a 6 month contract which will ideally go permanent, pro rata paying between £23000 - £28000 plus flexible working, life assurance and discretionary bonus @ 10%.
