Job Description

Testudo are working with a leading Managing Agent to hire a Bell Boy/ Night managing the evening and early morning services at Central London 5 star residential development.

About The Role
You will be the main contact point for guests, contractors and visitors of a 5* development, making sure customer service is maintained to a high standard for all residents. You will be responsible for running the car valeting service & operating the concierge desk, managing health & safety standards and completing the evening hand-over to the morning & day teams.

7PM to 7AM (12 Hour shifts)
4 Days on & 4 Days Off including Weekends.

What We Are Looking For
As this role means working at unsociable hours, it is important you are comfortable working through the nights, so preferably a night owl and as it is not as busy at this time, you will need to be proactive in keeping yourself busy in between guest & tenant interactions. Someone who has strong health & safety sense would have an advantage, understanding permits to work and able to manage contractors.

  • Experience with Valet & Concierge desks

This opportunity offers a basic salary of £23,000 PA with benefits including paid annual leave, potential to progress towards management and further training that can be provided with a leading London Managing Agent.
