Testudo are working with one of London's leading Property Manager's to hire a concierge for a 5* private residency in central London.
About The Role
This is a luxury site with high-net worth tenants and fully serviced managed apartments. The concierge will be responsible for listening to customers and creating excellent customer experiences including organising transport, evenings, reservations and will need to have a "can-do" and a problem solver attitude to create the best possible customer experience.

We Are Looking For
The ideal candidate will have a 5* background, or experience managing customer services in a front-desk or reception role and understand what the VIP experience should be like. You will be able to demonstrate strong customer service skills, whilst being positive, proactive and a problem-solver.
This is a permanent post paying a basic salary up to £27000 for the right candidate, as well as paid leave, sick pay and private pension.
