Testudo are working with one of London's leading Property Manager's to recruit an Assistant Facilities Manager based in Hammersmith & Fulham.

About the Role
Joining a 5 star location with high net-worth tenants, you will be one of the go to managers for all on-site maintenance and facilities services with a concierge & estate team to work alongside, managing contractors and making sure the building is meeting compliance and health & safety standards.

Day to day you will be involved with the building inspections & reporting, providing high levels of customer service to tenants & visitors and managing the on-site estate team.

What We Are Looking For
Ideally we are looking for someone with hands on maintenance experience within building services or facilities background (hard services), able to demonstrate strong customer service skills and qualified to IOSH standard within health & safety, understanding building regulations & compliance.

To summarise, we are looking for:

  • Strong maintenance experience preferable within hard services
  • Health & safety qualified with compliance knowledge
  • Customer service skills

This is a unique opportunity, offering a £30,000 basic salary with lots of additional perks but a massive benefit is the fully furnished flat to be the live resident maintenance manager, which will save you thousands on your yearly rent.
