Technical Facilities Manager - Hard Services
Testudo are working in partnership with one of London's leading property management and sales agencies to recruit a Technical Facilities Manager to oversee the hard services to a multi-site estate.
About the Role
You will be overseeing the technical services to multiple blocks of residential flats in the London, focussing on maintaining the high standard of services including M&E, fabric and any specialist engineering services being provided to the estate. It is fundamental that you have previous experience working with lifts, plant room systems and drainage works and being able to communicate with the relevant parties.
Previous experience managing all health & safety procedures including work permits, writing emergency procedures and making sure strict adherence to site H&S code by all contractors with relevant insurance checks. You will be working alongside a Soft Facilities Manager and Estates Services Manager that will form a thorough team that work together to manage full TFM and estate services to each block.
What We Are Looking For
Strong technical candidate with previous experience as an engineer in a supervisor or Facilities Manager position, looking after a large site such as hospitals, hotels or large estate buildings. Familiar with either working as senior position in an outsourced company or experience working client side overseeing all building services.
To summarise, we are looking for
- Experience in hard services with technical qualification
- Qualified in IOSH or NEBOSH with experience managing site H&S
- Ideally multi-site or large site experience
- Proactive attitude with a customer focussed approach to FM
