Commercial Facilities Manager
Working with a real estate managing agent based in the North Central London region are looking to bring in a Facilities Manager with significant experience in managing commercial & mixed use properties.
Managing some fifty plus properties including commercial, retail and industrial with some mixed used blocks in and around Central London. You will be responsible for understanding the tenants, working with them to overcome issues with facilities including maintenance and small works projects as well as understanding how this service factors into service charge management and being able to negotiate with current tenancy agreements as to what services are to include.
A strong focus on health & safety compliance, being able to procure and manage each selected contractor, approving invoices and having rigorous standards with supplier performances. Be able to manage building managers and on-site staff, working closely with supporting teams including surveying, accounts and the lettings team.
To summarise, you will be:
- Experience as an FM within a Managing Agent
- Experience managing buildings day to day
- Health & safety qualified
- Experience managing multiple service charge budgets
- 3 - 5 years experience as an FM
This opportunity is offering a salary £35K - £45K plus additional benefits including private medical, life assurance and paid holidays.
