Facilities Manager - High-end Residential Properties


Job Description

Testudo are working with a privately owned property management company to recruit a Facilities Manager responsible for the day to day management of high-end residential properties in central London.

A great opportunity to join a company that has a long history of managing sophisticated and luxury homes across London. They have a strong focus on acquiring properties on a long-term basis, growing their portfolio to maximise profit and focus on delivering high standards to their tenants. A unique business with a track record of developing and retaining a high calibre team with strong property backgrounds, they understand the value of their teams input and promote an autonomous working environment.

The successful candidate will have at least 5 years in property management and facilities, a strong emphasis on managing tenants and customers, health & safety and will need a hands on approach as well as an operational mindset. Understanding the challenges of working with sub-contractors and being able to comfortably manage projects and understand the long-term company vision.

To summarise, the ideal candidate will have:

  • 5 years experience in FM and residential property background
  • Health and safety qualified with risk assessments experience
  • Customer focused with excellent soft skills
  • Relevant qualifications in property and FM

On offer is a salary up to £55,000 with an excellent package including phone, pension, laptop, ipad, private medical and life insurance.
