Business Development Manager - OTE £45K
Testudo are working with an up & coming facilities management service provider who deliver specialist cleaning services to private and public sector.
The company sees a big opportunity to grow it's soft service clients within their already established public sector contracts within schools & universities, but to also grow their portfolio of commercial cleaning clients which include London based consultancies, accountancy firms and retail customers. Apart from being a specialist cleaning supplier, they also have the capability to deliver maintenance services, pest control services and can be a supplier of cleaning and hygiene management supplies.
In the last 6 months alone they have won multiple accounts worth in excess of hundreds of thousands, and they are looking for a Business Development Manager with the sales ability to chase down leads, manage invitations to tender and to build lasting impressions on potential clients.
The successful candidates will understand the Business Development Manager role, with strong knowledge of managing bids including how to professional and compelling sales documents. Capable of managing your own time, getting to understand your potential clients business and identifying opportunities to deliver more services and overcoming objections.
What would be distinctly advantageous would be a strong knowledge of the facilities management and cleaning sector, as you will understand the huge opportunity within FM outsourcing and the nature of this competitive business world.
To summarise, the successful candidate will ideally have:
- Strong Business Development and Sales Experience
- Good Working Knowledge of the Bid Process
- Experience within the Cleaning and FM Outsourcing Sectors
- Ideally looking to join an up & coming business working with Managing Directors to tackle markets
This positions offers a salary of £30,000 PA with a realistic OTE £45,000, Car Expenses & Allowance, Entertainment Allowance, Mobile Phone and a generous Uncapped Bonus Scheme. in addition to this, there is an opportunity to build team within a growing businesses where you will be joining senior management in achieving strategic goals.
