HRBP - Human Resources Business Partner


Job Description

We are working with a prestigious retailer located in the London for up high-end retail and concessions department who are hiring for a commercial Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP).

Working within the concessions division, you will work alongside directors and senior management teams when dealing with HR matters, recruitment and employee engagement. This means assisting with recruitment days, or the hiring of senior appointments you will be expected to be present in either the early or later stages, advising on interviewing and psychometric testing. Getting into the business operations and understanding the day to day business objectives whilst having the strategic leadership to sculpt the departments teams and get them on track towards the companies longterm vision. 

The ideal candidate will have experience with employee engagement and be able to demonstrate where they have added value in a previous organisation. Also, to have a strong generalist recruitment background with knowledge on attracting, interviewing and integrating new joiners. Previous experience with unions will be advantageous but not essential.

To summarise, the ideal candidate will have:
  • Generalist HR background
  • Proven track record in employee engagement
  • Strong character and strategic thinker
  • Excellent recruitment experience in high volume hiring

This opportunity offers a basic salary of approx £50,000 with bonus and healthcare. The company also offers a wide range of schemes including shares and subsidies lifestyle offers.
