A proven Business Development Manager (BDM) with experience in winning multi-million pound contracts for Facilities Management Service Providers in FM, Cleaning, Grounds Maintenance.

This graduate of business and enterprise, became a gifted sales person after leaving operations within a SME cleaning business as an Operations Manager to join a national TFM provider, Interserve. Taking a bold step towards sales, they quickly learn't about the full bid and sales life cycle, building relationships with new clients focussing on creating a strong pipeline of potential opportunities for their teams to bid for.

Over the past 7 years they have worked with clients such as National Grid, AXA and GE. Successfully winning multi-million pound contracts for their current employer. Experienced in the bid process, their knowledge of operations has helped them to build relationships with clients focussing on understanding the business financials, identifying the correct & appropriate solutions, site visits and bid presentations.

This candidate has been popular with our PSL clients, we don't expect it to be long before a formal offer will be made but we are looking for some one who can offer progression to becoming a business development director and excellent incentives.

  • Managed a team of 10 including members of the bid management team 
  • Experience within FM, Maintenance, Support Services and Ground Maintenance
