Operations Manager - Retail & Hospitality
An Operations Manager with 7 years experience managing the finances, business operations and commercial development of a leading retail business in the West of England.
Fresh from university they started from the bottom of the business in customer care, over a 5 year period they have excelled to become a regional lead in operations managing over 15 sites which include a multitude of offerings including retail fashion, food and restaurants. Managing the commercial business mainly any finances and contactual risks, dealing with the investment of new properties being converted into stores and managing each stores General Managers.
Project manager for the customer experience assignments across 15 sites to create a business structure that offered the best experience in retail hospitality without effecting business costs, this included the refurbishment of an out dated store to change the layout with a modern interior and make the store more accessible for food. Supporting all HR functions and management of the 15 strong general managers, indirectly managing over 100 employees. Not bad for 7 years.
