Candidate ProfileAfter joining leading hotel brand Hilton as junior member of the kitchen team, they developed into a commis chef role and flourished in confidence to take on a Chef De Partie role in London private members club.
Still early on in to their career they are enjoying the opportunity to become creative, using some more challenging techniques and trying their skills in places in things like sugar work. This inspired their move to a new restaurant that has opened under a familia name and a completely new brand that uses only organic ingredients.
Confident they can progress through the ranks on from this bold move, they are looking for an opportunity to take on the heat of the kitchen giving their new found skills; recruitment, kitchen supplies and the kitchen financial management.
