A BDM since 2008 managing the business development process for a SME cleaning businesses that are looking like they are about to be acquired by a bigger player in the market.
Full understanding of how to deliver a pre-qualified questionnaire(PQQ), understanding clients requirements and working closely with the bid writer to deliver a bespoke presentation, delivering a range of facilities services. Previously a sales manager within high street brand they managed a region of shops, focussing on curb appeal of their sites, make sure they are competitive in a tough retail market and building up a sales team powering through the week and weekends.
Previously, they began employment for specialist cleaning supplier LCC Support Services where they delivered success campaigns building up a customer base and they went on to secure clients including AXA and Norland Managed services.
