An operational lead for a outsourcing powerhouse in facilities, property and maintenance services leading a PFI portfolio in the South of England. 

This candidate has operated as a General Manager for companies such as Serco, managing a multisite portfolio worth £6 million where they played a major contribution to winning an extension and increasing services by a further £2 million. A difficult challenge for local authority contracts, whilst they mobilised another £5 million contract in the south for the local police force including 150 members of staff and implementing ISO9001 standards.

Extraordinary candidate, as they were once a member of the police as a superintendent but went on to deliver projects for Police force that meant they could increase their headcount significantly and even played a part in opening a station complete with detention cells, high level security and protection as well as cardless technology installation. Revolutionary in its time.
