An Operations Director with experience managing a portfolio worth 15M+ for one of the industry leaders in Facilities Management and Maintenance service providers.

A management trainee who became an operations director managing multi accounts in the heart of the midlands including large event venues, public sector locations and corporate blue chip clients. Not only do they motivate a team of 10 direct reports but they were responsible for strategic development, resource management with a focus on health & safety and customer service. Full £15M P&L accountability, they not only had a YoY average growth of 12% but they also led a retention strategy that recently won an extended the contract with an additional 5 years worth over £35M, but remember that is just one of their accounts.

Previously, a General Manager for a national entertainment venue known as one of the biggest in northern England, they are used to creating an environment that is both professional, high energy with huge facilities teams into the 100's you can see why this all star has left a blazed trail of successful contracts in their path.
