This Regional Account Director has 17 years experience managing integrated TFM and Property and Real Estate management contracts for leading service providers such as CBRE. Known for his energy, he comes highly recommended by some of the industries leading experts including Business Development Directors of FTSE 100 companies to big name clients.

Currently, they are responsible for the delivery of JLL’s integrated property and FM solution across Asia covering 19 locations from China to Australia, managing complex relationships that have a variety in standards, laws and traditions. He has proven himself a strategic leader by winning an extension worth $60M but also exceeding a challenging clients expectations so well, he has been invited to speak at real estate and innovation conferences. His P&L of $35M has grown year on year from previous revenue projections but his customer focussed and people orientated leadership style has been reflected throughout his career.

Previously, this candidate has headed up high level security airports, managed EMEA investment bank portfolio able to transform an arsenal of opportunities to deliver a more productive service that was cheaper and more secure by introducing a new wave of procedures. Skills &
