General Manager - Retail and Hospitality
A talented General Manager who has over 8 years experience working with the enormous retail giants Whitbread (owners Beefeater, Costa Coffee and The Premier Inn) as an operations Manager for sites in the midlands delivering a range of B2C hospitality and restaurant brands.
They have honed their leadership skills managing a team of 40 on one individual site but have extensive multisite experience managing a flagship site in the heart of the city. What is great about this candidate is they did from the ground up, began their career as a humble waitress/waiter to commanding quite literally a fleet of sites (one was on a boat), this is so valuable as they have the ability to build relationships with the operational teams to lead, development and motivate them to go that extra mile. This is proven in the customer services feedback, they have awards for being the best in their on net promoter scores and recommendations from senior management teams to match.
More recently, they have taken lead over a large site that can seat over 100 guests, on multiple floors and outside for a international restaurant chain, where they live by the brand values and not to mention the exceptional standard of food that they manage to deliver.
