Previously he led as Facilities Manager and Operations Manager on many Private Funded Initiatives (PFI) for the NHS before becoming the head of Facilities at Birmingham's 50 individual NHS locations, then moving on to deliver across Derby & Leicester's and surrounding areas 150 building portfolio. Managing over 200 people, this seasoned manager managed to deliver high scoring KPI's when these were outsourced to private companies to manage buildings and services.
More recently, they have moved up the change of command to become the senior operations manager for Birmingham's NHS trust portfolio where he had a main focus on the improvement of services where he had an opportunity to develop innovative and more advanced technology saving both the bottom line and making services more practical.
